FAQ

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products:

  1. Why should I use hand sanitiser?
Our hands touch many surfaces every day, picking up dirt and germs in the process. The use of hand sanitiser is an easy, hassle-free way to ensure our hands stay germ-free when hand washing is not an option. For your convenience, we have developed smaller bottles that fit into pockets and hand bags while our larger sizes are ideal for use at home or work.

  2. What are the benefits of using hand sanitiser?
Hand sanitiser helps prevent the spread of germs when hand washing is not an option. Our hand sanitisers are made to World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines to ensure their effectiveness. They are quick drying with an added moisturising agent to keep skin soft and hydrated. We are aware many people have allergies and sensitivities to scented products, so all of our hand sanitisers are fragrance-free.

  3. How do I use your hand sanitiser?
To use our hand sanitiser, apply a small amount onto your hands. Rub your hands together vigorously, ensuring you cover the entire hand, fingers and around your fingernails. Continue rubbing until hands feel dry.

  4. Has your hand sanitiser been certified?
Yes. Our hand sanitiser has been certified by the Department of Agriculture, Biocides Division. The PCS number is 100270.

  5. What is the alcohol content of your hand sanitiser?
In line with World Health Organisation guidelines, our hand sanitiser has an alcohol content of over 70%.
